Vibe Coding Events in Tokyo

Tokyo's vibe coding scene exploded with Builders Weekend Tokyo, a 3-day hackathon Lovable ran in March 2026 that drew hundreds of builders from across Japan and the broader APAC region. Since then, recurring events at WeWork Shibuya, Plug and Play Japan, and a handful of indie venues have settled into a roughly monthly cadence. Most events run in Japanese with some English programming, particularly for visiting DevRel teams.
